Before you ask.

Q.1Can I export my data?: Yes, on every plan including Spark, any time. Six tables export as CSV: transactions, subscription events, merchants, merchant-app installs, daily metrics and notes, with full history on every plan. Portfolio will add a read-only API. If you leave, you take the raw records and the daily metrics computed from them.
Q.2I was on Mantle. How do I move?: There is nothing to import, because we don't read from Mantle; we read from the Shopify Partner API directly. Paste a token, pick your apps, and the first sync backfills your full history from Shopify's own records, on every plan. Spark shows you the latest 90 days of it; paid plans show all of it.
Q.3What does the token let you see?: You create an API client in your Shopify Partner Dashboard and paste its token. We use it only to read your apps, their install and billing events, and your transactions. We never send Shopify a write request, and we never touch your apps, your listings or your merchants' stores. Revoke the token from the Partner Dashboard at any time and the sync stops.
Q.4How do I delete my data?: Email us and we'll delete your workspace: the stored token, the data synced for your apps and merchants, and everything computed from it. Export first if you want a copy; after deletion there is nothing left to export.
Q.5What counts as an app?: One listing in your Shopify Partner organization that you choose to track. Development and unlisted apps count only if you add them. To change which apps you track later, email us.
Q.6Why not price by revenue?: Because a tool that reads your revenue should not take a cut of it. What costs us more is more apps to sync and more people reading, so that is what the plans measure. A good month never raises your bill. The one exception: Spark is free only while the app is under $5K MRR.
Q.7Do alerts warn me before a shop churns?: No, and we won't claim to. When alerts arrive on Studio and above they will flag billing signals Shopify has already recorded: a paying shop with no charge in 45 days, a charge that is frozen, declined or cancelled, a plan downgrade, or a shop installed for 30 days that has never paid. The churn-risk score on each merchant page is drawn from those signals today.
